I've been doing everything possible to keep a perfect score on eBay as a seller but there is always these impulsive buyers giving you negative feedbacks without even contacting you!!! eBay should really revise their feedback system. This is really frustrating!!!

You can leave a Response to any feedback, your own or the buyer's and do so indefinitely.
The most effective Responses like the most effective FB, are calm and factual.
Since this is a timing question, try Responding with the date and service of shipment. And then the actual number of days so far.
'Sent Nov 12 Canada Post Light Packet Air Mail 8 days in transit' for example.
Since you have a couple of neutrals with similar complaints, perhaps you could change your current innocuous FB to include shipping information.
Mentioning Canada Post is particularly important, since our American customers are unused to concepts like customs inspection and even Canada.

If it is of any help, here is a link to my "form letters" I use in these situations.
Sometimes they work to get negs/neutrals revised (doesn't fix the defects tho).
Feel free to use anything in there that works for you....
