New Power Seller with 10% discount? How??

I am a new Canadian Power Seller. I just read from the ebay page that we can receive 10% discount for shipping stuff at Canada Post? How exactly do I receive that discount? Totally confused here. 😞

You have to sign up through the link on the power seller page, then Cnaadapost will email you an account #. Its only a discount wehn using the online shipping tools, only on domestic shipping, and only on reg parcel/expedited/xpresspost.

If you ship to the US more often you are better off with a Venture One card. You can get an application for one at your local post office.
