Buyers now can leave bad feedbacks for simple reasons!! and sometime for no reasons,
I already sent the suggestion to eBay:
thats the way to do it:
1. Click on "site map" located at the very top of every eBay page.
2. Click on the link titled "Suggestion Box" found in the third column
near the bottom.
3. Click on the link titled "Send us your suggestion to improve the eBay
site."
all sellers who agree please do the same.
Thanks All

I don't leave negative feedback often but I do need the right to leave it in case I need to. Or may be we are allowed to leave unpaid buyer a negative after item is reported as unpaid item. Buyer didn't pay the item but they can leave negative feedback for us... ridiculous!
I will tell ebay that now I feel ebay is not on the seller's side anymore. I'm currently searching another online selling method that is more fair to seller. If I found one, I'll leave. We are all the ones who pay high ebay fee every month.

Buyers have always been able to do this but they rarely do.

they rarely do bcause they know we can fight back, if it is not true. In this point, it makes buyer sit down to talk and solve the probem.
Don't forget, sit down and talk is what ebay most want to see.
Now, I beleive
"Buyers have always been able to do this and they do lot."

The only negative feedback i got from a buyer from Turkey, called me on my phone asking me to remove the Islamic dogtag listings because (its insulting) or he gonna leave negative, i tried to explain as in the listing description what the dogtag is, BUT the result was negative feedback....
Other: in the 5 past days buyers who claiming not receiving their item has increased 500% (unfortunately i can only ship letter mail)

a NEGATIVE FB may still be received.
That's the way it was- ands remains under the new system.
As a BUYER- I have never hesitated to leave a NEGATIVE FB, as a NEG FB hurts a buyer far more than it hurts a buyer.
Pay for your items- THEREFORE NO NON-PAYMENT STRIKES- and regardless of what your feedback is (as long as its overall positive)- sellers cannot effectively block your bids- last minute or otherwise through the minimum/limited buyer criteria that a seller may establish.
So- NEGATIVE FEEDBACK is a way of life.
If you charge me for one postal service- and ship by another- expect a NEGATIVE FB.
If you represent an item incorrectly- and simply ask that the item be returned- WHEN I MAY INCUR HUGE charges to do so- expect a NEGATIVE.
Errors do occur. Having purchased thousands of items- you develop an instinct for those sellers who make an honest mistake- and those that really are abusing the system, and preying on the ignorance of their buyers.
As a BUYER- I do not need to open any dispute, or complaint.
Having paid for the item- I am free to NEG away, when appropriate!

will you negative without to communicate first?? without to give chance to the seller to fix his mistake?
i agree strongly that no way for seller from now on to abuse the system, but now is the NON HONEST BUYERS time to abuse the system,
till week ago the average of buyers that were claiming that they did not receive their items was 1 claim per day, i find this normal since i am shipping with Post Canada letter mail 1-2% of loss i can accept it, BUT today i got 7 claims, yesterday 4, the Day before 5.... worst is coming....
Today also in early morning i got a PayPal dispute from a buyer claiming 1$ because he read on his envelop 0.52$ since he paid 1.50$, tried to explain to him that my cost is 0.52+envelop+printing+mailer machine fees+employee for 14$/H... even though he did not escalate the dispute and i am expecting another NEG on the way....

Are you serious that you have one claim per day for non-receipt of items that you mail? That's NOT NORMAL even if using Canada Post! I ship out approximately 20 - 30 packages a day using an array of Canada Post services and in the past year have had one person not receive their item. This buyer has been a customer of mine for more than 6 years so I know there is no funny stuff going on.

NOW- as a buyer- with a similar number- honestly- the non-delivery of FAR more items has occurred. Even those with TRACKING!
Apparently the Post Office is far more efficient in delivering our items, than it is in getting the items we purchase to us !!!!!
charlymaal- Communication works like this- when I have PAID for PRIORITY MAIL service- and the item arrives by AIRMAIL- I send a polite inquiry if something had been overlooked. When the response is that I should be happy I received the item- what more can I do.
I do have the item- the seller gets a NEGATIVE period.
When I pay an outrageous shipping/handling fee- like $6.00 for two BIN$1.oo items shipped in the same envelope for about a dollar BECAUSE THE SELLER DOES NOT COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES- What's there to debate? eBay could not care that the seller is clearly shifting their profits to S/S and away from the BIN price.
AND- when the items arrive with a photocopied Custom's form- labeled as a gift- with other incorrect information- the seller gets a NEG.
When I ask, and it is 100% confirmed that ALL 3 items I am purchasing are in fact STERLING SILVER, and made by a specific manufacturer; when the items arrive and ONE IS NOT STERLING- AND NOT OF THAT MANUFACTURER- the seller gets a NEG. Yes- I will file a complaint- and I willl escalate it. HOWEVER- at the end of the day- I will not lose another $25 to return the item to the seller- only to receive a refund of the initial amount sent.
I ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS- THEY WERE ANSWERED.
THE SELLER GETS A NEGATIVE- regardless of the outcome of any dispute resolution.
I think, after purchasing the number of items that I do- instinct- and a quicky look at their feedback profile does have some influence.
When there are already NUMEROUS NEGATIVE FB present- another will do little damage.
When the seller has a perfect record- YES- I do try harder to try to reach an amicable solution. Though- at the end of the day- I as an unsatisfied BUYER will leave that NEGATIVE FB. No ifs, no ands, and no buts!
