No options for shipping to worldwide, only Canada. How can I list for worldwide?

Suddenly, I list an item for auction and it does not give me the options of shipping to locations other than Canada. No problems before listing worldwide, why now? How do I list worldwide shipping now?

Can you post a screenshot of the Sell Your Item form that you are seeing? Normally it's just a dropdown.
