Non Performing Seller

Recently I purchased from a seller who defrauded me. I know the ropes and was able to get my refund; however, after negging the seller I've gotten a FLOOD of emails from other victims. Victims past their filing date who didn't pay via credit card.

I thought there was something to report a non-performing seller outside of the paypal dispute process...but I can't find it.

Does anyone here know the link or where I can direct these people?

Click "Additional Information" where you will find:

"If a seller refuses to complete a sale and you haven't sent a payment or your payment has been refunded, you can report (link) the seller.

You could also refer them to ic3 dot gov - the internet crime complaint center.

That's linked to the FBI - they have NO sense of humour about this, as the seller will find out. -------------------------------------------------------------------
