Not every time I try to post a tracking number, but today was another day when there where no window to type the numbers into. Why?

I need an upload image app to show you the problem, since someone hacked my web site and I can't upload a screen capture atm...

The text is there when I click add tracking number from either link, but there is no window to type the number into or a drop drown menu.

Last time I tried to post a tracking number it worked, but the time before that it did not work.

Do to extensive machine cleaning of late, there are no cookies or cash etc left to delete, so the problem is not on my end.

I get this problem quite often as well. Delete your internet history, and cookies once again.

If that dosen't work, I highly recommend the downloading the program CCleaner. It deletes all temprary internet files and cookies. I run the program once, and the tracking problem is solved for me. Always

I found the link to contact eBay and talked to tech support.

I do hope they have not pawned it off to India, that's just a nightmare waiting to turn into night terrors!

This computer is squeaky clean, everything has been deleted off of it at least 5 times in the past week.

C Cleaner has nothing to clean, since I did it all manually daily after having my web site high-jacked, seeded with malware... and that no go web cam from the dollar store...

It's an eBay glitch, I'm sure it has nothing to do with my side of the monitor.

I'm not totally sure but I think one of the tracking numbers I did manage to type in on Monday, went missing after I went back tonight  to try again and got the windows to come out of hiding.

They are there, they are just intermittent and because I'm one big old paranoid freak who deals with corporate espionage, regularly..why do I smell protectionism?

Tracking numbers are gold to TR Power Sellers, without them you don't get your propers in the search results on dot com.

The best way to add tracking, is to sign in to your Paypal acct. go to "details" of the buyer, scroll to the bottom of that page, and see "add tracking info" , then just fill in the blanks. The info is then added to your summary page sold item.  Works every time.  The field in the summary page has never worked properly.  We would think, that since ebay stresses tracking, that would have been dealt with long ago.  As this is protection for the seller, it's probably not on the top of their list.  After all ebay is all about the buyer. lol.

It does answer my questions, and solves the problem.  

Your right, eBay needs to fix that bug, and fix it now.

Any one else having this problem should bug eBay to fix the bug.

Contact, site issues gets you a number and a human to talk to.
