Once I receive my invoice for a combined shipping, where do I go to pay?

So the seller accepted to do a combined shipping and sent me my invoice. Now, where do I go to pay and what do I do?

click "Pay now",

follow prompts.

Combined info should be there,

If not hit "Request updated invoice"

Seller should respond promptly,

 although sometimes it takes a little time.

(I myself have waited a few days, not the greatest experience, but the items worth the wait;-))

An eBay invoice should have PAY NOW.

I have found combined shipping the most economical for me, although the seller involves huge risk in doing this...So I always thank them whenever they do..a friendly little note thanking them for the great deal they have offered me...I reciprocate with appropriate feedback..

   No more, no less...

         Just the facts.

P.S. I also have had a seller not offer combined shipping discounts, ship two items in same box at a cost of about $4.00 to them, but cost me $20.00 in shipping fees...It is a wonderful world, filled with all kinds of interesting characters, I hope you do not to cross paths with too many like the one I met.
