It was originally called GSI, eBay bought them a few years ago and a year or two ago they combined it with some other operations and renamed it eBay Enterprise.
Basically they run the back end for ecommerce sites, do fulfillment, payments, returns etc. for some major retailers. Some also sell on eBay but most probably don't. They have had fulfillment centres in the US for years, this one is the first for Canada.
