From the My eBay at the top of the page, choose Purchase History.
You can also find your Purchase History from the left column when on the main eBay page.
On your Purchase History page, how many items are there? Three?
Are the dollar $ign icons beside the listing title deep blue on all of them? Or pale grey like the others?
The heavy blue ones mean the item is paid for.
Are all the items bought from the same seller? If not, when you went through the checkout you may
not have paid for everything.
Are all the items you bought in the same currency? If not, then there's a chance you did not pay for
all of them at the checkout.
In your regular email, did you get a receipt for all the items? Separate receipts if you paid for each item
separately. A combined receipt listing each item if you paid for all at once.
You should have receipt(s) from service@intl.payal announcing Receipt from your payment...
You also get one from eBay to tell of the Confirmation of your order...
What do these indicate when you click on them?
If you have a paypal account, your transaction history will show you what items were paid for and
when. Are all 3 items there? Has the money for all 3 been taken from your account?
Have a look in all the possible places that indicate payment and you should be able to sort out
'what is going on', and whether or not it was simply an oversight.
