Pay Pal blocked my US visa cardÉ

PayPal has blocked my USA Vissa Card. The card is completley valid. Why is this .

You are buying from Canada?

Paypal will only allow cards to be used as backup for their accounts that are valid in the buyer's country.

So if you live in Canada and are buying from Canada, you need a Canadian Visa card, Canadian address, and Canadian bank account.

If you have a US Visa card, you need a US address and a US bank account.

Sellers can only ship to your Paypal address to retain their Seller Protecion, so it should match your eBay address.

I do not use my US Visa card for Canadian purchases. I order online in the USA and have it deliverd to the USA. Furthermore I send money to family in the USA. I also have a US bank account. The exchange rate is lower on US Visa than your exchange rate. Please tell me what I should do with my US Visa Card if I can not purchase in the USA with a US Visa card?
