This occurred less than 6 months ago. Why did I leave it that long? A week or so before this happened, I had gone through an ordeal of having a negative feedback with low DSR'S removed by eBay and was just wore out. Also, recently I came across an article that basically stated that if you have proof you shipped it, then it should be a mutual decision. For the claim I had sent in a photo of the void printer packing slip and also with it the post office receipt. I contacted eBay tonight regarding this and was told that since it was decided in the buyers favor that there was nothing they could do now. eBay said I should have contacted the buyer and asked for a cancellation. PRIDE. This started with the buyer writing me to say that the package was not there. It still had time left on the delivery date . I wrote back and asked if he/she would wait till the end of the week - 5 more days. Buyer wrote back with agreement. Two days later the PayPal dispute was launched. The buyer left a mutual feedback and really low DSR'S. Every time checking my feedback and seeing it there is a little upsetting.
Why have these disputes?
Was this is a computerized decision which I had no chance to win?

If the buyer claims they have not received an item you would need proof of DELIVERY, proof of shipping is irrelevant. If you had proof of delivery you would win any claim.

The buyer didn't leave a negative, he left a neutral (which to a reader unfamiliar with the problem reads like he was wrong and apologizing).
Neutrals don't affect your feedback percentage which is 100%.
Your DSR's are all 4.9 which is average or better than average.
Really, there is nothing to concern yourself about here. Time to let it go.
And yes, you need proof of DELIVERY not proof of mailing to win an INR dispute. (On the other side of the coin, buyers can sometimes win a chargeback from their credit card with proof of mailing an unwanted item back to the seller, whether it has been delivered or not. Sometimes.)
