Trying to print a shipping label. Paypal Account has No activity available, except for 'Pending' Transactions that are long completed. What the heck?!

Anyone else dealing with this?

I tried every means of finding the transaction I need, even just the one, nothing.

I'm showing the same. I've been able to print labels by using the PRINT SHIPPING LABLE link from my "awaiting shipment" dash board on ebay (takes me to paypal and lets me create the label and print)...but my paypal dashboard only shows cancelled payment requests (was fine first thing this morning....then about an hour ago it went wonky).

Yes, thank goodness. I discovered that too. I don't know what possessed me even to try that button (desperation?) since it never worked before. Phew. But what a pain in the butt to have this happen.... and at this time in the year.... I offer same-day shipping and there is no time to spare.

I'm always so VERY disappointed when paypal crashes. My online banking does not do this. The organizations that we entrust our money to should be beyond reproach. I nearly had kittens when I logged into my account and saw nothing useful to see except 'Pending' transations for orders I have already received. Eyeroll.

Everything seems to be broken. I can't print the shipping labels! A perfect timing!!!!

I get it ...I sell toys as well and this is obviously busy time and packages need to get out ASAP! I agree 100%...doesn't build trust when they're going down all the time (always at the most inconvenient times as well). Bad enough they are always trying to make changes...but to be fiddling with stuff during this time of year is ridiculous.

Did you try coming at it from the Selling Manager? Maybe if you were/are already signed into paypal?

All my paypal payments today have the buyer's info but no item # or title with them. If I switch to the classic view then all activity disappears. THough paypal has the info as it can be seen by hitting print packing slip

Same here! No activity at all showing, paypal balance showing $00.00 and I was on the phone with paypal and they were not aware of any current bug, they made me open a ticket.
