Paypal Shipping

Hi,

I have been trying all day to print shipping labels from Paypal and it is unavailable. Is anybody else incurring the same problem? I'm really trying to avoid a trip to the post office.

Have you tried printing a label for more than one buyer?

Often you will get a message like that with one label but not when you try to print another one. If that's the case, the program is probably unhappy about something in the address. There could be a mistake in it or there are too many characters in one line or....??

I had that same problem the other day and it wouldn't even let me get into the area where I could fix the address. I had to go to www.paypal.com/shipnow and enter the correct information and print the label from there. The same discounts are available there.

No, I only have the one for today and it is an international customer with an unconfirmed address.  My other two buyers havent' paid yet. Thanks for the info. I am going to confirm the international buyer's address to make sure it's all correct.

If it is an international address it is likely that one of the lines is too long so you just need to put part of it on address line 2
