Paypal login problems

Has anyone been having problems logging into Paypal?

Intermittently, I have not been able to log into any of our PP accounts this PM.

I haven't had any problems.

I can log in but I can't enter delivery confirmation numbers for shipped packages.

Thanks to eBay's brainwashing of newbies, I have peoplel thinking I haven't shipped because eBay didn't tell them I shipped. It doesn't have the handy dandy little stupid checkmark showing shipped. Woopie!

Could not log in earlier this evening, for about an hour. Now it works OK.

Same issue today....I have printed several with no problem and have just one more to go so I can finish for the day, and sure enough .... "we're sorry Paypal is currently unavailable, sorry for the inconvenience".
INCONVENIENCE?? What an understatement. 😮
