Paypal not sending payments to Russia

The seller I just purchased from advertises that he accepts Paypal until you try and pay by Paypal. Then Paypal does not send payments to Russia. I asked the seller how to pay him and he told me send payment by Moneybookers.com.

Has anyone used this method before ? I would like your feedback if you have.

When I read this post, I immediately think that it is a scam.

1) You bought from Russia (small alarm bells ringing)

2) PayPal not accepted (big alarm bells ringing now)

What did you buy? How much does it cost? What is the listing number so readers here can advise you better?

I puchased an Airline Badge Item #110694797315 from KVAIGON 276. He says he only accepts Paypal and when I contacted him he told me to send the payment via Moneybookers.

Oh yes I forgot I only paid $10.00 US with $5.00 mailing

Considering the transaction is only $15 including shipping and the seller has good feedback, I would not worry about it.

Is Moneybookers good or not ? They seem to be world wide.
