Hello, I am having a huge problem right now and this gives me a big headache.
Whenever I click "print shipping label" on ebay on a sold listing, eBay will always redirects me to the paypal summary page on my account and I can't even get to the page to print the shipping label.
I tried using different browsers, deleting cookies, etc and it still does the same thing. I don't get it!
Any help with the matter is MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated.
Thank You.

My browser has been the same for months, so I don't think that's the problem. Could it be that the Classic Site is more stable than the new format?
As I said, I've never had the problem that you are describing on the updated site so stability doesn't seem to be an issue. Obviously something is..but I don't know what it is.

I have no idea why that happens to you as I use that link to print my labels all the time.
hmmm...One real difference that I've noticed about the 'new' paypal look vs the old one is that when I click on that print shipping link a new page opens up so there are now two pages open...the summary page and the label page. My browser is set up to automatically take me to a new link when it opens one up so I am automatically taken to the label page. Is it possible that your shipping label page is coming up as a second page but you haven't noticed it? If not, you could try changing your browser so that it does go to a new link when one is opened and see if that helps. In Firefox you can go do that in Tools at the top of the page and then options. I'm not sure how to do it in IE.
Just a suggestion. Poco might have a better idea of why you are having that problem.
Guess.
Popup blocker set to not allow a new page.
When I installed Windows from scratch in Jan this year, I had to allow popups for certain eBay pages as I recall. So the second PayPal label page might be considered a Popup. I have not used PayPal shipping in months because I use discount postage.
To check what popups are allowed, in FireFox, click on Options, got to Content, you should have Block Popups checked, then click on exceptions and see what web site pages are allowed. I have allowed
cgi.ebay.ca
cgi.ebay.com
Maybe PayPal should be there for the new PayPal look. I am still running the old look. I also print few labels using PayPal shipping.
Should be similar setup in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. If some members here can check their settings, we can maybe find out if popup block is a factor for PayPal. Also state if old or new PayPal interface.

Thank you for shedding additional light on this. I am trying very dearly to remember what else I had going on the time this happened to me but I just don't. I know that I recently had to update my version of Safari because it was old and no longer displaying pages correctly BUT I think my one-time encounter with this endless loop predated that.
It's probably not related but I can't ever use Canada Post's ship-in-a-click feature because it won't show me the label to print the label I've purchased. I gave up on that right quickly. While it's easy enough for me to avoid Canada Post's website, paypal shipping is another story. I would be very frustrated if I were one of the people trying to use it to print a shipping label. I'd like if we could help fix it for them.
Of course, it could also be a bug on paypal's end.
