Hi guys, Here is one of my new problem's with Paypal.
On may 7th i sold a 1/4 gold maple leaf sealed from the RCM
to a guy from New York. I ship the item and provide Paypal with the tracking #
The guy receive the item and all was OK until the 1st of octomber.
4 months later this guy told to his credit this.
Item was damaged or defective- It was not as described, or- Services were
not rendered.
The credit card ask Paypal to refund them. I told to Paypal ask the guy to send me back the item and i will refund him. But the answer from Paypal was what you can read below.
They give the money to credit card compagny and told me they can't protect me from this kind of claim because the credit card decide to take the money back.
I phone them and ask Y they don't protect sellers from this kind of scams.
The answer was the credit card compagny has the richt to do this in a time period for up to 5 years and Paypal can not do anything about this and the caise is close.
I lost my item and my money because Paypal protect as only if the customer complains for not receive the item or unauthorised payment.
have a nice day
