"I hope his return is as soon as possible......"
Why? Is your supply running low?

Last year, former U.S. federal prosecutor John McKay, who helped prosecute Emery, also visited Vancouver, where he called on Canadian lawmakers to end pot prohibition in favour of the drug's regulation and taxation.
Makes one chuckle. Typical of the legal system.
Personally, I think Marc will serve out his sentence in the U.S. I can't see this government bothering to approve his return. He was a thorn in their side and continues to be one. There is no upside for Harper and crew and we know they act only when it is to their benefit.

"token" vote
No pun intended, of course.

Imminent: decriminalization, regulation and...
exploitation by governments and large corporations
It could be done otherwise - should be interesting to watch it unfold anyway...

FYI Emery never dealt finished product. Seed was his game.
Poor dude rotted in yankee jail for 8 years.
Sold millions of dollars of cannabis seeds, submitted sales tax to goverment like most law obiding retailers. Then was crapped on.
dea obtains arrest warrants and the rcmp drag his sorry little arse to the border and turn him over. NICE!
