I don't print many labels from PayPal but I have been printing more lately. The only time I have had a problem printing them is for packages going to Italy. Every time I try to print a label to that country I get the message that says that PP printing is not available at this time.
I successfully printed others today to Australia & Russia but it would not work for Italy.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check the address fields and city and province it they are too long. I find I have issues with over 25 characters sometimes.

The most letters in one line, actually in 3 of them, is 24 characters including spaces. I don't see any way of shortening them if that is the problem.
I did notice, however, that this is a repeat customer and it was her order that caused a problem the last time.

Suck it up, do the CN22, and go to the PO. Been there, done that.

Here is something I always wanted to try.
Try copying and pasting each line into a pure text editor such as Windows NotePad and copying and pasting back into each line in the PayPal edit address field. I suspect that it has something to do with special characters (accents, etcetera) in one of the lines that is not compatible. You may not see it but something may be there. Windows NotePad will strip out the unwanted character.
24 Characters is about where I have seen problems. Usually around 24-25 characters. So I am reasonably sure it is one of the lines. Too bad it is such a pain to try things as it makes you start all over each time.

This is a test. I have tried to post here several times today and couldn't. I am getting tired of typing the same thing over and over again...lol.
