Seems to be another new ebay "glitch" happening. When I sell an item and the buyer pays, I always print a copy of the Payment Summary in the "Order details" link. I just noticed that there are some problems with the information.

When you click on "View Order Details" the shipping cost and payment date info is shown correctly on the "Order Details" page. However when you click on the "Printer Friendly Page" button to print the info, the shipping cost info disappears completely and the payment status is shown as "Payment in Process" instead of having the payment date.

Not being able to print the printer friendly page is a hassle. I am now printing the first order details page but it has to be resized for the printer.

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

Yes, started about a week ago. I thought it was a temporary glitch but still going on. I've been filling in the shipping cost and date paid myself since I use these for my records. It was even more confusing about a week ago, some were printing in Cdn dollars, some in US dollars and I always list in US. What a way to throw out my bookkeeping! What Do you mean by the "first" order details page?

When you click on "View Order Details" it takes you to the first page with the order details which has the order info and a little photo of the item sold. There is a button on that page that says "Printer Friendly Page" which takes you to the Printer Friendly Page when you click on it. Unfortunately on the "Printer Friendly Page" the info is messed up as I stated above.

Seems to be more issues with "glitches" on ebay then ever lately.

I was going to mention it on the Wednesday chat but thought it was kind of insignificant compared to the other problems that Raphael seems to be dealing with. It is a nuisance though and wish it could be fixed. If it was just one thing okay but there are so many glitches now that it's just hard to list easily any more. My desk is covered with sticky notes reminding me to look for and do various things when listing or selling.

It would be a good idea to bring it up on the Wednesday chat. It is important to at least make ebay aware that there is a problem, otherwise nothing will ever get fixed. Between the problems with paypal labels and ebay "glitches" it's getting ridiculous trying to maintain an ebay business.

I actually really enjoy selling on this site as it is always satisfying to get feedback from happy customers who love their purchase (and the money is nice too ). I just wish all the little website issues would get fixed.

Additional data point:

As a seller, I see that problem with the "printer friendly" page for my sold items -- but switching to looking at purchases I made as a buyer, the "printer friendly" info is correctly displayed.
