Problems Printing Only 1 Shipping Label

I'm attempting to print a light packet international label via paypal. This one shipping label, when I get to the last screen, results in a message saying that Paypal shipping is not available. I want to pull my hair out as I've printed plenty of other labels for other parcels - before and after trying this one several times. Any advice?

Try using a different web browser to access Paypal, I had this trouble too recently 🙂

Hmmm...so odd! I've been trying for more than 24 hours using three different browsers. And paypal customer support is sooo helpful (note the sarcasm). Ah, well, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and just print regular airmaiil directly from Canada Post. At twice the price though, sigh...

That happens to me once in a while too and always with an international address. There will be no problem with the labels that I print just before that one and no problem with the ones I print directly after. Maybe there is some sort of glitch with some international addresses...

Make sure you enter correct size and dimensions required for light packet ...

I am almost certain the issue is with the amount of characters on one line.

If you can't make it work, either post the address here or email it to us and we'll break it down so that it works.

We have gotten the longest Turkish and Indian addresses to work although some were quite a challenge.
