Regarding GSP - a legal and readily available solution for Canadian buyers

Nothing new really in regards to the interacts between Pitney Bowes, EBay and how the negatively impact trade between US and Canadian buyers/sellers.

But my question is simple

For Canadian buyers, like myself, have you considered going to your Canadian Bank and request to fill out a "Refusal to Payor" form?
Bring a print screen of the item/s, the checkout receipt and a printout of the GSP terms. Then request to complete a refuse to pay on the added import charges and difference in shipping, if known to you (because the seller provided it).

*The end result is you get an immediate refund and EBay has to legally fight with a Canadian bank in order to violate US/Canada border trade practices and law.*

Want to watch EBay rethink their position? Simply as Canadians use this option to cripple the GSP eliminating the valueless-added service and revenue generated by it. I predict EBay returning to a trader system in 6 months if 20% Canaian buyers do this one thing.
Cheers.

Does it work? If not, it would be a waste of time.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

What is the bank's service charge for this?
