Request total on checkout error

I get an error message, unrelated to what I am trying to do, when checking out.

Trying to request a new total from seller based on an address change (changing shipping country), after the seller has sent an invoice reflecting shipping charges to my default shipping location.

Get the following error message when requesting new total:

The seller does not offer combined shipping discounts. The seller has disallowed combined payments and shipping discounts. Please proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Error code: 80016

I am not trying to get a shipping discount, but an revised shipping price because the shipping location changed.

This seems to be a website error.

I suggest you contact the seller directly, explain the situation about change of address (country) and request a new invoice.

Not really.  The system is simply not set up to handle "change of country" through request for new invoice.
