Requirements to sell to USA (and other countries)

Hello,

I am a new Ebay member from Canada with only 5 feedbacks (received as buyer).

I have listed some items but I am not sure I did everything correctly.

One of the requirements to sell internationally is to have at least 10 feedbacks as seller, which I don't have.

However when I listed my items, there was shipping options for other countries. And so I did choose to offer to ship to both Canada and the USA.

Am I actually allowed to do that?

I figured that if I was not allowed, the option would not have been there. But the more I read in the forums and online, the more unsure I became.

My items didn't sell, and I would like to re-list them. But I want to make sure I do everything right.

So can I offer to ship to USA?

Or am I supposed to only offer shipping to Canada until I fulfill all the requirements?

I am pretty sure you can try to sell to the USA. I am sure Ebay would contact you or take down your listing if there was any trouble. Good luck!
