Today i met the most ridiculous customer in my entire life!!!!
This person brought an common adapter from my store, after couple days. He opened a dispute in paypal. There is comment following:" I have sent you 2 emails with no response, the charger you sent me fried 3 motherboards on my laptops, all I want is for you to pay for the repairs Thank You." Very ridiculous.
I sent him e-mail, i told him i can exchange or refund him. He reply:" I sent 2 emails to kandi@laptopwebsavings.com with no response, thank you for responding. The charger was defective and fried the motherboards on 2 of my laptops. All I want from you is to repair my laptops."
I sent him again and told him i only can exchange or refund. He reply:" I am not interested in a refund or exchange i have 2 laptops with a fried motherboard because of a defective product surely you have some kind of insurance for such cases."
What kind of customer, is he insane or mental illness?So stupid.

Why, if the adaptor "fried" one piece of equipment , would he try it on another?
Personally, I would refund the original payment, just so that, should he try a Dispute, you can show that you have already made him whole.

There is impossible an normal adapter will fired motherboard...

He probably bought a couple used laptops with fried motherboards and thought he could claim your adapter fried them so he could get them repaired or replaced by you for cheap... for the cost of the adapter.
If an adapter fried one of my laptops, no way I would try it on another laptop without taking a multimeter to the adapter first and checking the measurements.
Ask for him to send the adapter back and check it out. You can only guarantee that it works or not. You can't guarantee it won't fry laptops because you have NO idea what condition the laptops were in in the first place.

Yeah, i think the same way. I met two more horrible customer today.
One customer suspect that the keyboard is used. Cuz there is hair in it.
Another other customer order wrong battery by himself. And then said if i dont refund him, he will report to BBB.

And then said if i dont refund him, he will report to BBB.
Encourage him in this path. For at least 45 days.

Yeah, i told him it's my hair. i hv long light brown hair. He told me that the hair is WHITE. It looks like animal hair.He claim there is food on the keyboard also. I never sent any used keyboard. How come there is food there. Weired.
