Why, if the adaptor "fried" one piece of equipment , would he try it on another?
Personally, I would refund the original payment, just so that, should he try a Dispute, you can show that you have already made him whole.
What does toolhaus.org say about his feedback to others?

He probably bought a couple used laptops with fried motherboards and thought he could claim your adapter fried them so he could get them repaired or replaced by you for cheap... for the cost of the adapter.
If an adapter fried one of my laptops, no way I would try it on another laptop without taking a multimeter to the adapter first and checking the measurements.
Ask for him to send the adapter back and check it out. You can only guarantee that it works or not. You can't guarantee it won't fry laptops because you have NO idea what condition the laptops were in in the first place.

One customer suspect that the keyboard is used. Cuz there is hair in it.
Explain to him that the keyboard is a lycanthrope model and that the hair will only appear at the full moon.
And then said if i dont refund him, he will report to BBB.
Encourage him in this path. For at least 45 days.
