If I sent out an item that was much less than I sold, it would be FRAUD or MISREPRESENTATION at least.

So how is providing a service LESS than what I paid for different?

Is the doctor in emergency allowed to choose to give preferential treatment to a beautiful child with a hang-nail before an unattractive child in critical condition?
