Same ebay user has been harassing me nonstop about the same item I'm selling...

An ebay user continues to message me even though I have stopped communication with her more than a month ago. I will get emails from ebay on my phone at 3AM Toronto time:S This is constant. She initially messaged me to "trade" items from her listings with my listings. She continues messaging me about why I have not been responding and why I no longer have the item posted for ale and if I am willing to accept an offer for it (which by the way was 80% less than what I have the item listed for). I have avoided her since but I have tried blocking her and it has not worked because we have had communication before the blocking took place. I have caled eBay 3times about this and they say she has received a violation for exceeding messaging me that many times. Other than that they have done nothing to put an end to it. When I call ebay,  it doesn't help that they stay on the phone with me for 30min + every call which I have no time for because they don't resolve this issue at the end of the day. This is super annoying!

Can you block her texts through your phone service?

It is annoying to deal with a loon like this. You are not, of course, required to answer the calls/texts.

You can further report her to eBay for trying to set up an off-eBay sale. They take that very seriously and it is obvious that is what she is trying to do.

Continue to ignore her.

Hmm-- was she in your city? You could file a police report for harrassment. Or if you have her address you could spend the money to have a law firm send her a registered letter telling her to stop.

EBay customer "service" hasn't helped me in any way. They pretend they are doing something,when to date she's still messaging me about the item she wants which I have stopped posting so she gets off my back.

eBay sent me a message today informing me the same person [who's been harassing me] wants to buy the item off of me and that I have not been responding to her. eBay also asked me to repost the item so it sells [and they get their FVF], and leave me hanging. Way to go eBay customer "service". Very upsetting.
