Seller ask too much money for S&H because he doesn't want to fill customs forms if a buyer is from outside the USofA.

It says 62$ in the S&H for Canada but there's a 42$ in small charater apparently but even that is excessive for a 24$ item.

Hi Ubi, Did you already bid?  What's the Item Number? If you haven't already bid and you don't like the seller's terms, then don't bid.  Few items are so exclusive that there isn't at least one other seller somewhere on eBay who also has it, will be cooperative and welcome your business.
