Seller keeps contacting me outside of e-bay, asking me to pay extra without an invoice

I bought and paid for an item.

Then I get a private e-mail from the seller, asking me to paypal her an extra $13 on top of the list price for additional shipping charges. 

I have asked her three times to send me an updated ebay invoice, so that I can pay through appropriate chanels, but she refuses, and keeps wanting me to send the extra money privately.

Is this a scam? How do I solve this? (I would still really like to get the item)

Don't pay extra.

Only pay the amount shown on the listing.
