I won an auction and paid immediately after via paypal. He claims he has not received payment even though when I log on to paypal it says it is pending and that he has not accepted it. What do i do? I won the item for very cheap so it's possible he is dissatisfied? Never had this problem before. I triple checked that my account has money and that I paid for the item via paypal. He says he will not ship now.

It could be that the seller has set up the wrong email in their listing for payment -- thus is not seeing the payment.

Can you Cancel Payment? Something went wrong with the transaction, and your seller does not seem motivated to figure out a solution.

Log to paypal, see if any paymment is in hold, acept.

Is your PP account backed by a bank account? E-cheques take some time to clear the banking system and become available to your seller.
Is the seller new? New sellers have their customers cleared payments Held for up to 21 days to assure customer satisfaction.
Did the (usually new) seller give PP his correct email ?
