Selling dvds on Ebay Canada to Canada and the U.S.

What's the best way to sell and ship DVDs both to Canada and to the United States as far as packaging them and methods of shipment all while making sure all items are eligible for Paypal protection policy? I have lots of DVDs to sell and they're all brand new but I need the money badly to fix my roof in the spring. I'll be losing money as it is so I would appreciate anyone who can tell me the cheapest way to ship. Many thanks!

Letter and Light Packet are the cheapest. Neither carries either tracking nor insurance so build in a few pennies for self-insurance against any “non-arrival “ claims.

Light Packet is more expensive, but when they are printed out from Paypal, you get a number. It’s just the CP invoice, but provide it to your buyer in feedback or email. That will protect you against some fake claims.

You do know that any payments will be held for up to 21 days against your good performance right?
