Sent an item back to seller who refuses to refund payment and ignores my emails. What should I do?

I purchased an item several months ago.  It was not as expected and the Seller agreed to take it back and refund me the purchase price as well as return postage.  I sent the item back, but never heard from the Seller again.  No refund and no responses to my emails.  The 90 days has passed and I am not sure how to proceed or whether there is anything I can do at this point.  Any suggestions?

you cant do anything now since you have waited too long.

You had 45 days from purchase date to file a claim. You can't do anything now with ebay / paypal. You may be able to file a chargeback, but why would you wait so long to do this? Smells like buyer's remorse.

Not sure how that is buyer's remorse. Just shouldn't trust people's word I suppose. I received automated email responses saying the seller was out of office. Assuming he would get back to me, I gave him time. Time just got the better of me. I am not a very prolific ebayer and do not really know how all these things work. Thanks for your support though.

If you did not use Confirmation of Delivery on your returned item, it is unlikely that you will win a Not As Described dispute.

 

But try. They can't say yes if you don't ask.
