Hi Kalvin! I hate to have to start with a problem, but for the past week (ever since the announcement that the compliance portion of the Dashboard was being discontinued), all my seller account info has vanished, as well as all the "buttons" except the "PowerSeller Level" (currently Bronze) "button" on my Dashboard.
If I click under "Account" on my main page, and then "Summary", I get a very bizarre looking set of error messages, one of which says "Your account has not yet been created"!
I'm worried about this, since only one other seller has reported a similar problem. I thought this might get resolved in a few days, but it's been at least a week, and is actually worse now (one additional button missing today) than a few days ago.
Are you able to help with this?

I was wondering if you have the ability to "see" what I see on my Dashboard? If so, but you need my authorization to look, you have it! Thanks!

I've tried with IE 10 (I have it on auto-update, so I always have the latest version), and also with Google Chrome -- same result. I'm reluctant to load Firefox, partly because I hear it comes with so many other unnecessary and sometimes unwanted programming, etc. and has a lot of other faults. I just can't imagine it could suddenly be a browser problem after so many years.
Are you able to look at what I'm seeing on my Dashboard and click through to the Account/Summary tab? It's quite a mess.

OK, I just took another look, and now the PowerSeller status button is back (it was there yesterday, but the Account button and the one below it have been gone for over a week. Here's a screen shot of what I get when I click through Account/Summary: (hope this works - I'm not great at inserting screen shots on this board yet) --
Well, pasting it in didn't work. I'll go back and try to make a jpeg or Word document out of the screen shot.

So I see that your Account Details are missing, as you described - I have to escalate this issue - I'll be in touch with more info as soon as I have them. Not sure if others are experiencing this issue, but thanks for flagging in case we have other members in the same boat.
Your Seller Dashboard seems accessible though, are you able to successfully view that?

Hi Kalvin- OK, this was a rather roundabout business, but (hopefully) here is a screen shot of my Account/Summary page. I'll try to get a screen shot of what my Dashboard looks like - I can access it, but it doesn't look normal. Also, when I click on the (blanked out) Account button on the Dashboard, one screen shows "No discount", while another indicates "TRS", which obviously has the discount. I hope this won't actually impact my billing this month.

Thanks - no need to provide additional screenshots, I can see what you mean. Appreciate your efforts in providing as much info as possible - hoping to help find a resolution on this for you.

Here is (hopefully) a screen shot of what I see when I look at my Dashboard. You'll notice the bottom 2 "buttons" are blanked out. The top one was blank this morning, but has recently re-appeared. I'll also give you a screen shot of what I see when I click on the blanked out buttons on the Dashboard - it isn't the normal information.

Thanks so much Kalvin - I've been really concerned about this. Only one other seller I've seen has reported a similar issue.
Just so that you have the full picture, here is the final screen shot (of what I see when I click on the "blank" Discount button on the Dashboard). You'll note that there is a discrepancy on the line indicating status -- I still have TRS as far as I know, yet the status is shown as "Standard", i.e. no discount. I'm hoping this hasn't affected the discounts I've been receiving, but I can't check because I can't access any of my account information.
