I lost four 1st class envelopes last december. Two were mailed at one location and 2 were mailed at another. They all went to different addresses in the US.
I called CP, thinking that it would not be difficult to determine where the packages met at a common point. They pretended to care by taking some information and giving me a file number, but the bottom line is they do not care. They are not insured, and they are selling the "best attempt" at delivery.
I wish I could get paid for my "best attempt" at doing my job.
Don't waste your time even calling them. Spend it selling your goods.
