Shipping time from US

What would be an appropriate amount of time to wait for an item being sent from the US using regular mail? It's been 3 weeks and wasn't sure how long I should wait until I contact the seller.

Most packages are there by 3 weeks but I would probably wait another few days. Did the seller give you a tracking number?  If you think the package might have had tracking, you could contact the seller and ask if there is a tracking number they could give you. When you go to you purchase history to contact the seller, use the option...'ask the seller a question about my item' (or something like that) If you use the heading that mentions the item has not arrived, the seller will automatically receive a defect.
