I have a very large package to ship to Australia and need some suggestions for shipping.

The package is 28 pounds and measures 22x21x15 inches.

I have looked up the rate with Canada Post - almost $800 and the rate from FedEx is $480.

What other options might I have to ship this package?

If you take it to the counter at Canada post, you may get a better quote. Where are you? We have a shipment going soon out of L.A. in a container...but it takes a long time.

$800? That doesn't sound reasonable. Couldn't you charter the Concorde for about $650?

As I stated in my e-mail to you. I am currently looking into the same thing and have found that Greyhound Express Booklet quotes $219.08 for 28lbs to Australia. You would have to confirm this price with them.
