Some Nigerian scammer "bought" my item, now I apparently owe eBay 10% of its cost.

I realized paypal was banned in Nigeria shortly after he bought my item. I also noticed he had zero feedback so I was convinced he was just another scammer. However... I'm now $15 in the hole because of it.... is there anything I can do? How do I dispute this?

Not following. You sold and shipped? Oh wait, you sold, but didn't get paid. The FVF is assessed at the sale, not the collection of money.

On day 4 file the UID. Day 8 close it. FVF will be reversed.
