Someone is selling t shirts with my original art work on them without permission. How do I report ?

I tried to report the item listed but I can't seem to do that because I didn't buy it. Someone who was buying it left a comment on my blog and thats how i found out about it. I would like to have their account removed on account of copyright infringement how do I contact an ebay staff member?
