I have been tracking my order for days now & see that it has arrived in Miami 3 times!!! Ridiculous!!! Now it is in transit from Toronto to Vancouver for delivery to Saskatchewan!!! Someone needs to get a map out and use some common sense. My freight charges better not be reflected in this out outrageous shipping method.

You paid shipping. There will be no further shipping charge.
I wonder if the seller had written your address incorrectly.
Check the Paypal receipt to see what you entered as your address.
I am a little surprised to see that the parcel is going from TO to Vancouver rather than to Winnipeg. But both USPS and Canada Post work on 'hub and spoke' systems, as do most couriers. Remember the central FedEx hub in "Castaway"?

This is why tracking is not a useful thing for buyers.
Knowing the voyage of your parcel is causing you stress and if you started an Item Not Received dispute, you would lose because tracking protects only the seller.

Sometimes due to weather, highway closures/airline cancellations, and ensuing backlogs at various mail/shipping depots, mail will be rerouted in supposed attempt to deliver it sooner than normal conditions. But, I agree that the tracking information looks very convoluted and geographically, does not make much sense.
