Templates "losing" shipping costs?

As of yesterday, listing with templates does not work without having to manually enter shipping costs again.

Not only have all my templates lost lost their shipping costs outside of Canada but I can't even re-save them with shipping costs.

Heck, eBay really does want us to reflect on our shipping costs, eh?]:)

I'm sure it's just a system glitch but...

Hi Xena, I had the exact same problem . . . I thought it was an Auctiva issue, but maybe it is an ebay issue. The International shipping details do not "hold" when you launch. I was using the create similar function and I had to re-enter the info every time. Karen
