Are you aware that this is the Canadian site?
You've only sold one item recently, the mixer. Has the buyer paid? If so, ship the item. If they haven't paid, file an unpaid item dispute and close it 4 days later if payment still hasn't been received. This gives the buyer an unpaid item strike and you get a final value fee credit. Once you get the credit, relist the item and add the buyer to your blocked bidders list.
All your items are fixed price so there is no "but not reach deserve price". Whatever price you listed, that is the price the buyer pays. Once the buyer pays, you ship. If these were auctions, you would be required to sell for the winning bid amount. As the seller, you should always start your item at the least amount you're willing to accept. If you refuse, you will get negative feedback and dinged with a defect on your selling account. Too many of those and your selling privileges will be gone.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
