The link to close your account is not working.

I'm aware that there's a section on ebay.ca that gives you instructions on how to close your account. However, when I visit this link and it asks me to select a category for closing my account, I select my category, and it's supposed to then let me choose a specific reason, but nothing happens after I select the category. There is no "continue" button or anything, so I can't proceed to the next step in closing my account. Any help is appreciated.

You might need to try a different browser. If you tried using Internet Explorer, you might need to go to Google Chrome or another browswer.

I've used both Firefox and Internet Explorer and the link doesn't work on either browser.

Update: I tried again and it's now working in Firefox. Not sure what happened but thank you for the help.
