Sometimes it can be as easy as:

1. Clearing your computers cookies
2. Restarting your computer
3. Switching browsers (ie: firefox, internet explorer, etc

Hope one of those work for you! -- I had the same issue a couple times over the last year... #3 is likely your best bet 🙂
