I do not remember how did I got to call them 2 weeks ago and for the life of me I cannot get to the phone number. I am a gold, called them once in l;this year (= no abuse) and there is no phone number. Is this company for real ?

Well, she put me on hold for "2-3 minutes". At minute 36 I clicked live help while still on hold. On minute 53 live help resolved the problem and I cut off the hold. Kafkaesque.

For future reference...I read on another board that clicking on contact us and then typing "where am i" does get you a phone number and a live chat link. I tried it and it does work..right now.
