Trying to figure out Express

We're looking at the new Express program for our Bad Manors and a non PS id that my wife is starting.
What are people thinkin about this program?

eBay Express? You needn't worry about it. It's strictly off-limits to anybody except U.S. sellers.

But if you really need to know what people think about it feel free to check out some of the U.S. boards. They've been talking about it for weeks.

Hi bad_manors, wonderlandartifacts,

I just wanted to clarify one small thing about eBay Express. At launch, it will be open to US sellers AND Canadian sellers with product located in the US. By having product located in the US, I am referring to dropshippers or Canadians who have their merchandise stored in the US.

Please note that latter page has yet to be updated to reflect that Canadians with product in the US can sell on eBay Express.
