Trying to upload the picture of the item Im trying to sell, but ebay wont let me upload the picture?

When I click on the "Add picture" button, nothing happens, no pop up appears that will allow me to upload the photo from my pc

Many sellers are reporting the same thing. Hopefully they will have it fixed tomorrow.
