Two primary addresses

I am new to Ebay and live in Canada. I have a US address and a Canadian address to ship to. When I am bidding on US items, I'd like to have the the US address as my primary for sellers that only ship to the US and my Canadian address for sellers that will ship to Canada.

How do I do this when I am bidding on a US item and a Canadian item at the same time? My US bid gets cancelled and I get the message says, "Seller does not ship ourside US."

You need two Paypal accounts.

One uses your Canadian address, banking information and credit card.

The other uses your American address, banking information and credit card.

PP cannot handle addresses from different countries on the same account, although you can have multiple "gift" addresses from the same country on an account.

And a US dollar account on a Canadian bank doesn't count. This all has to do with US Treasury money-laundering legislation. It's not PP being the usual richards.
