i recently purchased item by bidding. but it wont shipping to my country. therefore i ask him to post to my friends' address in US. i didnt agreed and asked to cancel transaction by giving buyer didnt pay. since i dont want accept that i denied that. and ask him to either sent to that address or ask to file case other way fair for both. it seems he dont want to reply me some body suggest my whether i should pay or not. what will be the ebay policy if he didnt post it that US address.thanks

Clearly you were wrong not to accept the cancellation.

You must accept the fact that many sellers will not ship to Sri Lanka. Period.

Many sellers will also not ship to an address that is different from your real address. It is not safe for the seller. Period.

Keep shopping with sellers willing to ship to your address in your country. If a seller does not ship to Sri Lanka, find a different seller.
