URGENT : Trying to list ~500 items contained in an Excel file

Hey guys!

I have an Excel file in which I have ~500 listings.

I would like to somehow upload these listings in eBay in the most efficient way as possible.

I understand I would have to do some adjustments to my Excel file and add some pictures manually but I can live with that.

So... how would you upload these 500 listings in eBay?

I typed that into "help&contact", at the top, and it seems you can IF you have seller manager pro.

Turbo Lister might work.  It has a spreadsheet like layout that you might be able to copy and paste across multiple rows...??
